By accessing SugarHooker.com or the "site" and submitting a photograph to be uploaded, you agree to the following terms and conditions for submission of your photograph:

1. We encourage all users to submit at least one photo, so that members can easily recognize and relate to one another

2. Use of SugarHooker.com is restricted to persons 13 years of age or older.  Any photo containing cartoons, comics, celebrities, nudity, pornography, sexually explicit images or any copyrighted image (unless you own the copyright) is not permitted. Photos of celebrities and cartoon or comic images are generally copyrighted by the owner.

3. For security and privacy reasons, any photo that contains personally identifiable contact information such as name, phone number, email address or web site URL is not permitted.  Uploading images of other people without their permission is also prohibited.

4. Submitted photos are limited to a size of 5MB and must be in GIF or JPG format.

This photo submission policy applies only to SugarHooker.com users. SugarHooker.com reserves the right to review all photos and to remove any photo for any reason at our sole discretion. If you see a photo on SugarHooker.com that you believe does not conform to this policy, please report the profile.
