What makes SHE a safe place?

SHE is a safe place for all people with similar interests to get involved in and encourage community and action. 

This is a positive place where health comes before vanity, and empowerment comes before victimization.

We encourage inspiration and sharing of all things positive.  We are a place for positive reinforcement and encourage support in all positive pursuits.

The power is in your hands.  SugarHooker.com is a place for you to be you.

1. PROFILE APPROVAL:
We reserve the right to deny community profiles at our own discretion.

2.  ALL PROFILES ARE AUTOMATICALLY MADE PRIVATE:
The only way to view someone’s profile is to join the community yourself.

3. ALL PROFILES 18 AND UNDER ARE PRIVATE:
If you want your profile to be made public to community members, you must be over 18 years old. Private profiles can only be viewed by friends.  This may seem strict compared to some other social networking sites, but remember – we’re trying to make this a safe place.

4. UNDER 13 PROFILES – NOT ALLOWED (Sorry!)
We love you for wanting to get involved and support us. There are plenty of other ways to get involved, so definitely email us or join the SHE army if you still want to support SHE.  This just keeps you from making a profile, but not for watching SHEtv, entering contests, and more.  We don’t think it’s you, it’s just the rest of the world. 

5. REPORT BUTTON FEATURE:
Every report is reviewed by SHE. 15 reports automatically suspends profiles until reviewed by SHE. 

We monitor videos, photographs, and profile pictures for any offensive content.  Any user may report another user for indecent content, bullying or any negative actions. 

There is a Report Button on every member’s profile, picture, and video.  Help keep SHE a safe place!

6. SELF-MONITORING SITE:
We have confidence that our awesome SHE members will self police and monitor this website so that we can maintain our safe sense of community and shared responsibility.  We depend on you!

Have no fear, SHE will fully review your profile and the complaints before doing anything brash.

If your profile was temporarily deactivated, and you feel that it was unfair for whatever reason, please feel free to contact us at customer-service@sugarhooker.com.

6.  YOUTUBE INTEGRATION: 
If it’s safe enough for Youtube, it’s safe enough for us.  And that’s why we have integrated Youtube for our community video needs.
